How quickly can a plumber attend?
It depends on the job and the day. Tell us what's happening when you get in touch — genuinely urgent problems like burst pipes or sewage overflows are prioritised, and we'll give you an honest arrival window rather than a promise we can't keep.
How much does a plumber cost?
It depends on the job, which is why we don't publish one-size-fits-all prices — they're rarely honest. Describe the problem (photos help) and we'll give you a clear, obligation-free quote before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
What should I do if a pipe bursts?
Turn the water off at the meter (front boundary of the property, turn clockwise), open cold taps to drain the pipes and relieve pressure, switch off electricity to affected areas if water is near wiring, then call a plumber.
How do I know if I have a blocked drain?
Early signs include water draining slowly, gurgling sounds from drains or the toilet, bad smells from floor wastes, and water backing up in one fixture when you use another. If sewage is coming back up or the outside gully is overflowing, treat it as urgent.
Do you provide emergency plumbing?

Yes. We handle maintenance and repairs for rental properties across the South-East, work to your approval processes, and provide written reports and photos so owners can see exactly what was done.
Do you do commercial plumbing?
No — JJ Pro Plumbing focuses on residential plumbing: houses, units, townhouses and rental properties, plus bathroom renovations. If your job is a commercial site, we're probably not the right fit, but call anyway and we'll point you in the right direction if we can.
